Issue/Introduction

1. HCL precheck gives the following error

vSAN HCL DB on SDDC Manager is out of date. This is a critical error if vSAN HCL DB has not been updated within the last 90.0 day(s) and a warning if vSAN HCL DB has not been updated within the last 60.0 day(s)
High: Do not perform upgrade without addressing this issue.
Please download latest vSAN HCL DB

2. This issue occurs due to incorrect or old HCL data in database

 

 

Resolution

Update the HCL database to the latest version

If the vSAN HCL Database already shows at the latest version in vCenter, see SDDC Manager upgrade precheck error : vSAN HCL DB on is out of date in SDDC manager UI
