TKGi Management Console "Failed to retrieve current K8s Cluster summary. cannot get cluster details: cannot get cluster namespaces: Unauthorized"

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
From TKGi Management Console Clusters Tab, Unable to retrieve cluster information. with error below:

 

Environment

VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated Edition 1.15.2

Cause

This issue happened after rotation of bosh dns certificates and TKGi API due to  miscommunication between TKGI API and cluster where clusters upgrade is required to push the rotated certificates to the existing clusters. 

Resolution

Perform Manual upgrade clusters after rotating certificates as per guide below if during rotation process Upgrade Cluster Errands checkbox is not performed:

N.B: Deploy from manifest which has no effect of certificates to be pushed to the clusters.
