TMC Contour, Cert-manager and Harbor package reconciliation failed

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
TMC provisioned clusters running Contour, Cert-manager and Harbor packages versions 1.20.2+vmware.1-tkg.1, v1.5.3+vmware.4-tkg.1-cert-manager and v1.5.3+vmware.4-tkg.1-cert-manager are having package reconciliation error:

Reconcile failed: Expected to find at least one version…

Cause

Contour, Cert-manager, and Harbor versions 1.20.2+vmware.1-tkg.1, v1.5.3+vmware.4-tkg.1, and v2.5.3+vmware.1-tkg.1 have been removed from the TMC package repository.

These packages were removed from version 1.6.1 of the repository and a new version of the repository was added by TMC.

Resolution

Packages will reconcile successfully after upgrading to the latest packages version using TMC UI or tmc cli.
