CEIP collects configuration, feature usage, and performance information. No personally identifiable information is collected.

To use the vSphere Health's online health checks, you must enroll in the CEIP. If you are not enrolled in CEIP, online health checks remain disabled.
To enable CEIP you should follow these steps:

vSphere Health requires both CEIP to be enabled and internet connectivity between vCenter and VMware to send telemetry and make use of the cloud connected services.
