Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7

Cause

The issue is observed with  the qlnativefc driver versions below 4.0.3.0-17

A PSOD would occur when encountering an MPI pause during MPI fw dump handling - qlnativefc.
This crash is caused during the attempt to capture HBA firmware dump.

Resolution

Upgrade to VMware ESXi 7.0 qlnativefc 4.1.9.0
