Issue/Introduction
This article provides steps for Rescheduling or Cancelling VMware Certification Exam.
Resolution
As per the new policy, any exam can be cancelled or rescheduled before it starts, or before the delivery period expires.
Exam fees are non- refundable for no-shows, and vouchers cannot be replaced.
Below are the steps to Reschedule or Cancel a VMware Certification Exam
1. Login to your VMware Learning account
2. Click on “MyEnrollments”
3. Click on “Manage Exams” next to “Single Sign-On to Pearson VUE”
4. Locate your “exam appointment”
5. Select either “Cancel” or “Reschedule” option and confirm the exam.
