1. Login to VMware Customer Connect portal with your registered email address.

2. Click on your profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the page.

3. Select “My Profile” option

4. To update any information, click on edit.

5. When you have completed updating your information, on each section, click on Save

6. Once the details are saved, click on the box icon shown in the below pic and SSO to learning portal (you will be redirected to VMware Learning portal).

7. Select “myProfile” to view your updated profile.
Note: Once you land on learning portal, SSO(Single Sign On ) to Pearson Vue portal, the details will flow to Pearson Vue within 30 minutes.
