This article provides information for contacting Hands-On Lab team directly for support.
Resolution
1. If a user has any concern related to Hands-On Lab (HOL), they can directly contact the team by visiting the link http://hol-support.vmware.com/
2. Once the user is on the Hands-On Lab Support webpage, they must click on 'Need to raise a request? Contact us.'
3. Select the appropriate option for which you require assistance under the section: ‘What can we help you with?’
4. Fill the mandatory fields in the support form and click on “Send” so that the team can assist you.
Note: VMware Hands-on Labs provides Best Effort Support. Response time will vary.
