How to generate VMware Certificate, Badge and Logo

Issue/Introduction

This article provides information regarding the VMware certification Levels:

• VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP)
• VMware Certified Implementation Expert (VCIX)
• VMware Certified Design Experts (VCDX)

Resolution

1. To generate a VMware certificate, user needs to complete all the mandatory requirements and wait for 24-48 business hours to generate the Badge, Logo, and certificate in the Certification Manager Portal.

2. To access the VMware Certification Manager Portal and download the Certificate/Logo, follow the below steps:
Login to VMware Certification VMware Certification page
Click on “Track your certification status”
To the right of each Active certification is a PDF and Logo link

Note:
If you receive the error “Sorry! The portal you are attempting to access is private”, verify that your certification appears on your transcript and that 24 hours have lapsed since completing all certification requirements.
