VLSR - Failed to serialize response

Issue/Introduction

SRM UI throws a - Failed to serialize response error. 

1. Both the SRM sites will show a connected state

2. Protection Groups & Recovery Plans will be accessible 

3. Reconfiguring/reconnecting site pairs does not work

4. No errors found in vmware-dr.log

5. vCenter/PSC replication is in sync

6. sslTrust anchor is correct 

7. Rebooting vCenter/PSC doesn’t help

Site Recovery Manager 8.x

Cause
