Storage Replication Adapters (SRA) disappear from SRM UI after upgrading SRM Appliance.
This is a rare issue known to affect random SRM upgrades.
NOTE: Broadcom policy does not allow to host any 3rd party product downloads. Because of this all SRA downloads have been removed from the Support portal. Customers are therefore requested to contact the respective SRA vendor to get the software.
1. Log in to the Site Recovery Manager Appliance Management Interface as admin.
2. Download the configuration archive for the Storage Replication Adapters you want to delete.
3. Contact your SRA vendor to get the required SRA software.
4. Delete the SRA from VAMI
5. Upload the latest SRA from SRM VAMI
6. Rescan adapter from SRM UI
Follow this process on all the SRM Appliances where the SRAs are missing.
