Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x
VMware NSX Data Center for vSphere 6.4 Extended Support

Cause

The issue is caused by stale deployment units that exist in the NSX-v.
The corresponding agency will still be present in the EAM MOB in VC.
As a result, the Upgrade Co-ordinator would be unable to load available 'Clusters' along with other inventory collection, where some of the clusters were non-existent any more, but their agencies still exist.

Resolution

Currently there is no resolution to this issue.

Should you have encountered this issue and have extended support for NSX-v, please raise a support request under VMware NSX for vSphere.
