This is a known issue affecting
VMware vRealize Business for Cloud 7.x.
Workaround:
As a workaround connect directly to the vRB Administration page and update the Reference DB:
- Log in to the appliance using this URL:
https://<vRB_Domain>/itfm-cloud/vraLogin.html.
Note: Use vRA tenant, user id and password.
- Change to this URL:
https://<vRB_Domain>/itfm-cloud/administration.html.
- Upload the RefDB file.
