- Verify if the relevant adapter is up and running in the Aria Operations UI

For Aria Operations 8.18.X and below versions - Administration -> Integrations )
- Edit the specific adapter experiencing the issue and perform a "Validate Connection" for the corresponding vCenter.
- If prompted, import the associated certificate and save the configuration.
- Stop and restart collection on the adapter.
Verify Cluster Compute Resource Collection Status:
- Confirm if the cluster is actively collecting data :
( For Aria Operations 8.17.X and below versions - Environment -> Inventory -> Adapter Types -> vCenter -> Filter for the cluster -> Stop/Start collection

Update Scenario Criteria and Rerun:
- Revise the What-If-Analysis scenario criteria with the most recent information and rerun the analysis.
Reboot Aria Operations Node (Optional):
- As a last resort, consider rebooting the Aria Operations node to potentially resolve any lingering software issues.
