vRealize Business 7.5 Azure collections fail due to a deprecated API call

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
vRealize Business will either fail to establish a connection to Azure, or Azure collections will start to fail. The error message in /var/log/vrb/data-collector/itfm-azure-dc.log will be similar to this:
2019-01-14 21:56:05.105 ERROR [AxxxxSyncJob (Axxxx_SYNC_JOB)] c.v.i.c.d.a.AxxxxCollectionAgent - Failed to sync Axxxx data for account: <Account> for month, year
com.xxxxxx.itfm.cloud.datacollector.axxxx.util.AxxxxException: Microxxx Axxxx API server returned an unexpected response: HTTP/1.1 426 Upgrade Required, while making HTTP request: GET https://ea.axxxx.com/*

Environment
VMware vRealize Business for Cloud 7.5.x
Cause
This is a known issue impacting all versions of vRealize Business for Cloud. The API we used was deprecated on the Azure side.
Resolution
This will be resolved in any release of vRealize Business after 7.5.
Workaround:
Please open up a support request referencing this KB for the delivery of a hotfix. Please note the hotfix is only available on vRealize Business for Cloud 7.5.
