File Permission pre-check gets stuck or captures permission issues in wrong directories

Issue/Introduction

1. If lcm file permission pre-check gets stuck then upgrade is stalled.
2. If customers want to include/exclude some files/directories from file permission pre-check.
3. If customers want to switch off the lcm file permission pre-check.

Symptoms:

1. LCM DIRECTORIES PERMISSION CHECK under LCM pre-check does not finish for more than an hour.
2. Permission/ownership issues reported in /var/log directories.

Environment

VMware cloud foundation 3.11.0.1
VMware Cloud Foundation 3.11

Cause

1. File permission pre-check python script gets stuck for some customers because of a log handler.
2. There is no way to switch off this feature in 3.11 or 3.11.0.1 branch.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in VCF 4.5.0.0.
