In SDDC 4.5.1 Release Versions shows 0 WLD domains on 4.5.1.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
In SDDC 4.5.0 and 4.5.1 UI for VSRN SKU Release Cards show 0 VI domains for all cards.

Environment

Vmware Cloud Foundation 4.5.1
Vmware Cloud Foundation 4.5.0

Cause

Due to misalignment between calculations on UI and backend in 4.5.0 and 4.5.1, after 5.0 was released with new data in lcm manifest, the error behavior is seen.

Resolution

Fix is available in 4.5.2. All VCF 5.x releases are not affected.

Workaround:
Follow the below steps:

1. Copy the script attached (fix_release_v1.sh) to /home/vcf.
2. Execute su - command to elevate to root.
3. Go to (/home/vcf (cd /home/vcf) and change the ownership of the file with command chown root:root.
4. Grant permissions to execute the script (command chmod 755 fix_release_v1.sh from /home/vcf directory) 
5. Execute the script from /home/vcf directory (command ./fix_release_v1.sh)

Note: The fix must only be applied on VSRN systems and not VxRail ones.
