The precheck test fails for the backup operation

Issue/Introduction

This is to direct the users appropriately as they might be held-up at LCM precheck. 

Symptoms:
See for this message: "NSX-T Manager backup fails. Check for the errors in the LCM log files."

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.4.1
VMware Cloud Foundation 4.4.x

Cause

When the external backup was not configured. It is recommended to use the external SFTP by default. 
If not done then users can have issues. 

Resolution

Configure external SFTP following the steps below:

• Reach the Backup page.
• Click on Tab - Site settings.
• Enter the details of the external sftp like IP/port/protocol/username/password/backup-directory and a fairly complex passphrase.
• Hit Save button.

  
Note: Make sure backup directory has the necessary privileges.

Workaround:
Same as resolution - Configure the external backup following the steps mentioned above.
