API-related errors on Upgrade UI.

Issue/Introduction

To avoid confusion among users whether something broke on the setup or really services are down.

Symptoms:
Server down and APIs are not reachable errors on Upgrade UI.

Environment

Vmware Cloud Foundation 4.5
VMware Cloud Foundation 5.0

Cause

During the SDDC Manager upgrade, after bundle packages are applied, services gets restarted(Backend and UI), which brings the server down and up after a while. During this downtime, APIs won't be reachable, and due to that UI display errors on the UI(upgrade-sddc-manager-error.png)

Resolution

VMware is aware of this issue and working to resolve this in a future release.

Workaround:
This doesn't cause any issues, they are just dismissible errors so the user can just dismiss them when it appears.
