Issue/Introduction

This article is to inform the users that this is a known issue, and this can be rectified by refreshing the UI or dashboard.

Symptoms:
User not able to load Inventory > Domains or Inventory > Hosts page after completing 'Commit to Subscription' action but able to navigate to other pages without any issues. Instead, it redirects always to Subscription page (http://<sddc-manager>/ui/sddc-manager/administration/subscription/subscription)

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.5.2

Cause

This version of product is using the old angular version and possibly seems to have problem with angular routes in particular case.

Resolution

This issue is not present in and above VCF 5100. Vmware team has updated angular starting from version VCF-5000

Workaround:
It can be resolved by either refreshing the dashboard or the sddc manager ui.
