This addresses a confusion that vSphere requires a Tanzu license for subscribed vCenter's.
Symptoms: Workload Management is asking for Tanzu licenses when vCenter is subscribed. The UI asks eighter to fill up a form for an evaluation license or request to add a Tanzu license in the inventory. Since subscribed vCenter is entitled to Tanzu, the UI shouldn't request a license for the same.
Environment
VMware vCenter Server 7.0.3
Cause
It is a UI bug that will be addressed in future versions.
Resolution
Option 1: Fill up the form with any data, and it won't appear anymore.
Option 2: Directly visit the enablement URL, and the enabled WCP wizard will appear. Once the WCP is enabled on a single cluster, the form won't appear anymore. URL: https://<VC_IP>/ui/app/workload-platform/enable-wcp-wizard
