Is a license needed for VISION:Sixty with VISION:Results?

Issue/Introduction

VISION:Sixty is the engine that runs under, and is automatically installed with, VISION:Results, but is also a stand-alone product.

If VISION:Sixty is used in addition to VISION:Results then you do need a separate license and LMP key with value 2O.

There are 2 ways to invoke VISION:Sixty:

1. Directly: 
   Execute a job with EXEC PGM=DYL260
2. As an option under VISION:Results: 
   Execute a job with EXEC PGM=DYL280 where the SYSIN includes "OPTION 260" 
   
   If neither of these cases is ever true, then you do not need a separate license for VISION:Sixty.
