Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
  • Unable to list ports under networking view-> dVSwitch -> port. It's empty in WebClient with error  "vim.fault.NotFound" is displayed during the process of adding the ESXi host to the DVS.
     
  • Observed similar message below in vpxd.log in vCenter:

Cause

This issue occurs because of corrupted DVS entries in the vCenter database.

Resolution

Please try restarting the vCenter server to clear out the null dvport_key entries from the VCDB.
