When using APC PCNS, ESXi host shutdown fails on vSphere Management Assistant 5.0.0.1 and 5.0.0.2

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
ESXi hosts do not shutdown when commanded to by PowerChute network shutdown.
In the PowerChute log, you see errors similar to:
[11.05.2012, 17:45:12]debug: Login by vi-fastpass to: <ESXi Host> [11.05.2012, 17:45:12]debug: Error: Unable to login to host: "<ESXi Host>"! Host may not be accessible over the network or is not managed by VMA
This is a known issue affecting VMware vSphere Management Assistant 5.0 .
There are two workarounds for this issue:
Downgrade the VMware vSphere Management Assistant to 5.0.0.
Download and install the shutdown script from the APC Support Site.
