Where can I find 08xx error messages for VISION:Report?

Issue/Introduction

VISION:Report issues ERRnnn messages and 3nnn abend codes as documented in the VISION:Report Messages and Codes Manual.

When VSAM files are used and the VSAM Return Code is not 0, control is not passed back to VISION:Report but goes straight to the error routine.
The Return Code and the VSAM Error Code are displayed as RCEC, so 0874 would be Return Code 08 and Error Code 74.
