What causes IGW01160T error installing VISION:Results 6.0?

Issue/Introduction

When installing VISION:Results 6.0, one of the first steps after downloading from CA Support Online is to execute the UNZIPJCL.

Some users encounter messages similar to: 

IGW01160T NON-PROGRAM OBJECT MEMBER ENCOUNTERED DURING
LOAD PROCESSING OF A PROGRAM LIBRARY. MEMBER DYL280V WAS NOT LOADED
IGW01550I 0 OF 77 MEMBERS WERE LOADED

The solution is simply to preallocate the new load library as a PDS instead of a PDSE.
You can add "DSNTYPE=PDS" to the allocation DD.
