Routing services crashing on ESG

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Routing crashes are observed when executing the command "show ip bgp neighbors <neighbor IP> routes" a number of times in quick succession.
• Redeploying the Edges doesn't solve the issue.

Environment

VMware NSX Data Center for vSphere 6.4.6

VMware NSX Data Center for vSphere 6.4.x

Cause

On NSX-V version 6.4.6 when executing the command "show ip bgp neighbors <neighbor IP> routes" a number of times in quick succession cause the routing services to crash as system have disabled to re-spawn causing a short outage.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in NSX-V 6.4.7

Workaround:
Use the command "show ip bgp | grep <neighbor ip>" instead of "show ip bgp neighbors <neighbor IP> routes" command.
