Unable to Prepare Cluster for NSX. VIBs fail to install

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Unable to prepare cluster for NSX.

• VIBs fail to install.

• Clicking on 'Resolve all' on UI, the below error shows:
  
  172.#.#.#: Unable to access agent offline bundle at https://172.#.#.#/bin/vdn/vibs-6.3.0/6.0-4987429/vxlan.zip.

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x

Resolution

Ensure that all ESXi hosts, vCenter and NSX manager have DNS entry and reachable via name.

Ensure that DNS A records are created for all the above components.
