P2V conversion using converter 6.2 and 6.1 for Linux machine failing with an error "Unable to query the live Linux source machine"

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
Unable to perform P2V using Denien 8.11 using converter 6.2.
Receiving error as "Unable to query the live linux source machine"

We see below log entries,

Environment

VMware vCenter Converter Standalone 6.x

Cause

/dev/sda6 on the Physical server is mounted at two locations 
Converter unable to identify this configuration.

Resolution

Unmount /dev/sda6 from one of the location and run the conversion again.
