Issue/Introduction

This article provides links to information on supported Unified Computing System (UCS) Manager versions for certified Cisco UCS servers.

Cisco UCS servers in the VMware Compatibility Guide are listed according to each VMware ESXi version. Cisco UCS server support is also specified by Cisco UCS Manager version as well as by the model of network interface card, as indicated in Cisco UCS Manager documentation.

Resolution

To identify the latest supported combination of server, server BIOS, UCS Manager, and vSphere, see the Cisco Hardware and Software Interoperability Guides or the Cisco UCS HW and SW Interoperability tool on cisco.com. In the Guides, M1 and M2 models are grouped together, and a listing of "B200, B230, B440 M1 and M2" indicates M1 and M2 for all of these models.
