LB health check shows OK but the status of the pool server is DOWN

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
> show service loadbalancer pool
...

   +->POOL MEMBER: xxx/xxx, STATUS: DOWN
   | | HEALTH MONITOR = MONITOR SERVICE, default_tcp_monitor:OK
   | | | LAST STATE CHANGE: xxx
   | | | LAST CHECK: xxx
   ...

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x

Resolution

This issue is a known issue with 6.3.x.
This is resolved in VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.7 and 6.4.1

Workaround:
To work around this issue, restarting LB service(Load Balancer Status: disable --> enable).
