Disk Backup and Restore - MVS DISK BACKUP AND RESTORE- ADD-ON OPTIO DISK BACKUP AND RESTORE

Issue/Introduction

In a Data Center the change bit is no longer correctly handled.

This is seen with SORT job to copy data to a newly allocated Data Set and the change bit is not set. 

This makes the data set not correctly Backup or Archive by Ca Disk.

The problem is seen with IBM z/OS 2.1  RSU1412 plus Hiper PTF and the missing PTFs to install are:
