How to change Java version for CA Endevor Webservices

Issue/Introduction

To apply a new supported version of JAVA (31 bit) to CA Endevor Web Services, you will need to make two changes:

In WSTOMSTC, the started task to bring up Tomcat, the  parameter 'VERSION' needs to the correct JAVA version. This will bring up the correct JAVA virtual machine version.

In WSTOMENV, the environment variables used by JVM, the JAVA_HOME  parameter needs to point to the new JAVA version path.
