Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
ESXi 6.7 host fails with PSOD at the time of reboot with following functions in the backtrace:
clx_stop_ul_txq@(cxl)
cxl_quiesce@(cxl)

VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7
Cause
Issue is caused due to the Chelsio driver.
Resolution
Upgrading to the latest cxl driver version 3.1.0.29 or above. To download go to
