How do I display the traffic statistics for TCP ports?

Resolution

To display traffic statistics use the shortcut /IPTRS then select “TCP Port (All)” .

Enter /IPTRS (Traffic Statistics), select  “TCP Port (All)” and sort by active connections (CONACT) or total connections (CONTOT).

For example -

    ----------------- TCP/IP : Local TCP Port Traffic ------------------------
Command ===>                                                   Scroll ===> CSR
    Sort Order: Connections Active (Descending)    Filter: None
    Line 1 of 100 (from 2229 matching records, 2229 total records)

                           S=Traffic Statistics C=Connections DT=Duration Times
                      ------- TCP Connections -------              Server
     Port  Stack       Active   Total Started   Ended  TCP Type    Resets
     1023  TCPIP           41    5090    5090    5049  SERVER           0
       23  TCPIP           11      31      31      20  SERVER           0

     9320  TCPIP           10     374     374     364  SERVER           0

You can SORT the results with the SORT XX command.

The SORT options are -
