Resolution

Validate that each troubleshooting step below is true for your environment. The steps will provide instructions or a link to a document, for validating the step and taking corrective action as necessary.

  1. Verify if the account used by Site Recovery Manager to connect to the vCenter has been changed. For more information, see Verifying if the SRM vCenter Server account has been modified (1037439).

  2. Verify that the required network ports are open, not used by other application, not changed or blocked by the Windows firewall or external physical firewall, and that the TCP and HTTP timeout settings are adequate.
