Resolution

Watch4net provides a tool with APG to encrypt passwords.

Linux/Solaris
APG comes along with a tool to encrypt your password (crypt-password.sh). The script in located in the bin folder within the APG installation folder (/opt/APG) and is installed with the "backend" package.

[root@localhost APG]# bin/crypt-password.sh changeme {A51B630B3FE46A20E12FA5B97F85F63D817CA14B4602BAF26E5B9DB12972CD48114519D075F4E462C6664441220776E86234914835F8020927E6B7A2E7E628B5}

Windows
Under Windows, the script (crypt-password.cmd) is in the bin folder within the APG installation folder (C:\Program Files\APG\bin). This script requires Java and is installed with the "backend" package.

IMPORTANT! Use the complete output, including the {}, in any related APG configuration file.
