Is it possible to export maps from Smarts SAM?

Resolution

The Smarts console currently does not have any function to save Smarts SAM map images to an image file format such as JPEG or "export" a map another application file format. The only way you can currently "save" a copy of a map, other than saving the map in the Smarts format to restore in the console, is to print a map using a print-to-file conversion program like Adobe PDF.

If you would like the capability to save Smarts SAM maps as image files or to export maps for use in another application like Visio, you can submit a Smarts SAM enhancement request on Powerlink at the following location:
