How to Disable Performance Polling for Interfaces within Smarts Availability Manager?

All supported releases of Smart

Resolution

Disabling performance for an interface can be accomplished by configuring the threshold of the Interface group to 100%. If the particular settings are not presently enabled, then the user must re-enable them.

Additional Information

For example: If a user was receiving High Utilization notifications for an Interface, they will likely remove the Ethernet Interface/Port Performance setting. It will need to be added back in for the Interface group. Set the Utilization Threshold and all other settings under the Interface/Port performance to 100%. Select reconfigure and all Performance Notifications will Clear.
