Device not properly discovered

Discovery error in server log file

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Cause

This is caused by a bug in the vendor   s implementation of the SNMP agent.

Resolution

Error message is benign and has no adverse effects with discovery.  Customer should contact device vendor to determine if a new SNMP agent is available.
