Issue/Introduction

To initiate full discovery via command line. 

To refresh smarts topology.

To discover all devices in IP domain via GUI. 

Environment

SMARTS 10.1.x

Resolution

There are three ways to perform discover all: 

1. From the Domain Manager Administration Console (DMAC), select the Domain that you are managing, go to "Topology" in the menu bar, select "Discover All," and confirm discovery.
    
2. From the DMAC, you can select the "Topology" tab from the right pane as shown in below screenshot and click on checkbox to turn on "Enable Full Discovery," and set an Interval.                                                                                                 
    
3. You can run below command in CLI from IP domain bin directory

<BASEDIR>/IP/smarts/bin/sm_tpmgr -s <IP domain> --discover-all
