Deleting a Smarts OI server does not update the topology in a Smarts SAM domain

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Resolution

To correctly update the Smarts SAM domain topology, do the following:

1. Remove the Smarts OI domain from the Smarts SAM server by using the Global Console Configuration function.
2. Run a reconfigure operation.
