Use the utility sm_plist: $BASEDIR/smarts/script/sm_plist.sh <directory where any InCharge product is located>    (UNIX)
cscript $BASEDIR\smarts\script\sm_plist.vbs <directory where any InCharge product is located>     (Windows)
