Smarts SAM: How to delete unwanted hierarchical groups or selective groups in Map console

To delete hierarchical or selective groups in the Map console, do the following:

1. Select the Notification Log console.
2. Press "Ctrl-Alt-m-s" combination on the keyboard to bring up a new console.
3. From this console, browse to the hierarchical group or selective group object you want to delete.
4. Select  "X' for delete on the menu bar. CAUTION! Be sure you have the correct group selected. The change will take effect instantly.
