Cause

The Minimum value allowed for discovery is 60 Minutes. --subscribe=default option is not used when starting up the InCharge server thus the InCharge server will begin polling to generate problem notifications once the first client, a console, attaches and thus subscribes for problem events.

Resolution

Set the value for Full Discovery in Domain Manager Administration Console to a value of 60 minutes or higher.
