What is the recommended SNMP agent for a Smarts IP device?
What SNMP agent does EMC recommend for a Smarts IP device?

EMC does not recommend SNMP any particular SNMP agents over others for use with Smarts IP devices. Any SNMP agent can be used with Smarts IP devices as long as the agent meets the following criteria:

• The agent is fully functional
• Includes MIB II data
• Responds to GET, GET-NEXT, and GET-BULK requests.
