Not receiving DOWN notifications for some interfaces

Issue/Introduction

Not receiving down notifications when interface is down.

Environment

All supported releases of Smart

Cause

Interfaces classified with a mode of  "ONDEMAND" will not generate notifications when down.

Resolution

In order to have notifications on these devices, create a new Interface Threshold group that will match the interfaces in question and place this higher than the "dial on demand" group.
