Resolution

First discovered time after the device is added to the topology can be obtained from DiscoveredFirstAt attribute defined as follows:

attribute string DiscoveredFirstAt 

 "The time when the first discovery probe of this System occurred.";

Smarts does not store the details of when Interface/Port instances are created.
