No. Smarts ISIS currently does not support OSI, only IP. To verify whether the interface is IP numbered or OSI numbered, run the following CLI command:
If the command output is similar to the following, then the Smarts NPM ISIS environment is not supported and you will have any Smarts NPM ISID discovery taking place:show clns protocol
