Resolution

How can I configure multiple recipients for Smarts email notifier?

Edit SAM_BASEDIR\smarts\local\conf\notifier\mail-notify.conf File says:   
      
          Comma-separated list of users to whom notifications should be sent to.
          Recipients = root@localhost

To configure it for multiple recipients it should be as follows:

          Recipients = "email_address1,email_address2"
